Background

Einstein Pet (formerly SmartCookee) is an innovative pet product that developed the industries only one calorie dog treat – yes 1 calorie. Einstein Pet was in need of a different marketing approach that included strategic consulting and creative design. So when our team first spoke to founders Kelly and Robert Ison approached PBS about taking their business to the next level, we were ready to roll up our sleeves.

Strategy

Prior to engaging PBS, Einstein Pet’s website had low conversions. Like many pet industry entrepreneurs, running lean, meant building a website on their own to get the product in front of customers and buyers online. So our creative team set out to understand the product in its entirety including the target audience and demographic for Einstein Pets. Working hand-in-hand with the founders, PBS developed a simple yet modern online experience that focused on conversion and a great user experience.

Results

The launch of the new Einstein Pet website was a success. The newly launched website immediately catapulted online sales for Einstein Pets. Likewise, it allowed Einstein Pet to put its products in front of thousands of potential consumers focused on buying healthy pet product alternatives for their four legged best friends.
